Savyour is a free cashback app, that helps users save money by earning cashback on online shopping.
Savyour cashback App is available in Pakistan, UAE, United Kingdom, and Canada given the brand delivers in your area.
  • Joining savyour is simple and free. Once you create your account, you can start shopping and earning cashback on qualifying purchases.
  • Creating a savyour account
    • Use your mobile phone number or social media account (for users across Pakistan) to sign up on savyour
    • Authenticate yourself via the OTP sent to your phone number
    • Setup your Profile (Name,Email, Gender, Picture)
    • Referring savyour to friends and family

  • Earning cashback with savyour is easy.
    • Browse Brands: savyour provides a list of partnered brands offering cashback or discounts on their products or services.
    • Activate Cashback: You can activate cashback by selecting the brand and tapping Get Cashback.
    • Make Purchases: Shop as usual on the brand's Website/App. Once an order is placed savyour automatically tracks the transaction and shows it in savyour wallet.
    • Earn Cashback: savyour calculates the cashback earned based on the activated offers and the transaction amount. The cashback is credited to your savyour wallet on order confirmation.
    • Accumulate Savings: Over time, as users continue to make purchases, their savings accumulate in the savyour wallet.
    • Link Bank Account: Link bank accounts with savyour to withdraw your cashback.
    • Withdraw Cashback: Withdraw the accumulated savings to your bank account.
Here’s the deal: Brands pay us for sending them shoppers. We split that money with you as Cashback. Win-Win-Win!

Cashback

This varies brand to brand. You can find out cashback timeline by viewing the information once you select a brand in savyour. It can be as less as 3 days or even as long as 180 days depending upon the brand's terms.

Withdrawing cashback is simple.

Accumulate cashback:

As you use savyour and make purchases through our partnered brands, you accumulate cashback in your savyour wallet.

Check Threshold:

Ensure that you've met our withdrawal thresholds which is Rs. 200 / AED 10 / £ 200 / CA$ 200. This is the minimum withdrawal amount you need to meet before cashing out.

Navigate to Withdrawal Options:

Open the savyour app > Tap My cashback > Tap Green Withdraw Block >

Enter Bank Account Details:

Enter your Bank details (one-time) > Save & Continue

Withdraw Cashback:

Enter the amount you want to withdraw and follow the prompts to complete the withdrawal process including OTP verification.

Confirmation: Once the withdrawal is initiated, you will receive a confirmation or notification regarding the transaction. Depending on the platform, it may take a few days for the amount to reflect in your linked bank account.

Please don't worry. You have not received your cashback due to one of the following reasons:

  1. The order delivery confirmation is being delayed on brand's end.
  2. There is still time left in receiving the cashback.

Wallet

The savyour Wallet is where you receive all cashback and rewards from your online shopping spending. Any purchase you make will be shown in the following three categories within savyour Wallet:

  1. Lifetime Earning: This is the total amount of cashback you have earned since joining savyour. It includes cashback from all your past eligible purchases.
  2. Available: This shows the cashback that is ready for withdrawal. These are funds that have been confirmed and are now accessible to withdraw to your linked bank account.
  3. Pending: You will find cashback that has been tracked but is still awaiting confirmation. Once the purchase is confirmed, the cashback moves to the 'Approved' category.
  4. Approved: This shows all confirmed purchases through savyour. The funds here are available to withdraw to your linked bank account.
  5. Declined: This represents purchases that, for some reason, have not been approved by the brand. This could be due to various reasons such as a canceled or returned purchase, a violation of terms and conditions, or other issues. Cashback in this category is not available for use or withdrawal.
If you've made a purchase through savyour but the order isn't showing up or if you haven't received the expected cashback or rewards, here are steps you can take:

  1. Check Savyour Wallet: Verify the transaction within the Website or App. Sometimes, there might be a tad bit delay in updating the transaction details.
  2. Contact Support: Reach out to savyour's customer support. Provide them with the necessary details including the order ID, date, amount, and the brand involved.
  3. Keep Documentation: If you have any receipts, order confirmations, or emails related to the purchase, keep them handy. These can serve as proof of the transaction and help in resolving the issue.
  4. Be Patient: Sometimes, transactions take time to be processed or reflected in your account. Savyour might need to verify the transaction with the brand before crediting the cashback or rewards.
  5. Check Terms and Conditions: Review savyour's terms and conditions. Ensure that your purchase aligns with the terms for earning rewards.

Referral Reward

If someone you refer signs up for savyour and makes a purchase of Rs. 1000 / AED 1000 / £ 1000 / CA$ 1000 or above, you can both earn a reward of Rs. 50 / AED 10 / £ 10 / CA$ 25 each!
savyour users are each assigned a unique link, which can be found by signing in to savyour and tapping the Refer & Get Cash button.Simply share your link to friends via email, text or social media. If they sign up via your link and make a qualifying purchase, you both earn your reward.
To earn your referral bonus, your friend has to:
Sign up for savyour using your unique link. (This is how we’ll know who sent them!)
Make a purchase (or a few) that qualifies for cashback within 90 days of signing up.
You and your friend will receive your referral rewards once the order placed by your friend is confirmed by the brand.
An expired referral means that your referral didn’t complete a qualifying purchase within 90 days of joining.
  • You have not received your reward due to one of the following reasons:
    • Your friend has not made a purchase yet.
    • Your friend has made a purchase but it is of under Rs. 1000 / AED 1000 / £ 1000 / CA$ 1000 (excluding delivery charges/taxes)
    • Your friend's order is not yet confirmed by the brand
The more, the merrier! You can invite all the friends, family members and coworkers you know. Who doesn’t love Cashback? Just know that in order to receive the reward, the user has to be new to savyour.

Profile Information

You can simply edit your account and update your basic information on your profile.
Savyour might block your account for various reasons, including:
  • Violation of Terms
  • Security Concerns
  • Suspicious Transactions
If your account is blocked, the best course of action is to contact savyour support team here with your savyour registered phone number.
